Face Analyzer and Skin Analysis Data

When you use the Face Analyzer feature, we collect a photo of your face that you capture via your device camera or upload, for the purpose of analyzing visible skin conditions (such as acne, dryness, pigmentation, and hyperpigmentation) and providing personalized product recommendations.

To perform this analysis, your photo is shared with the following third-party AI service providers: Roboflow, for acne and skin-condition detection, and Google's Gemini model, accessed via OpenRouter, for skin classification. These providers process your photo solely to generate your analysis results. These providers may retain or use submitted data according to their own data policies; we do not share your photos with these or any other third parties for advertising purposes.

Your photo and analysis results are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure and associated with your account so you can view your analysis history over time. This data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may permanently delete an individual analysis at any time, or delete your account entirely, which permanently removes your account, all analysis records, and all stored photos from our systems. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
